Glyn and Philippa and our amazing team here offer you a warm welcome to our 4 star Heritage Coast Campsite; a beautiful and peaceful adults only and dog friendly site. Our site offers an escape away from your busy lives, a place to relax and unwind from the stresses of work or everyday home life.

Whether you’re looking for an adventure weekend for you and your partner filled with cliff top hikes and exploring, or just to reconnect with nature surrounded by friends, or simply just some you time away; we assure you our campsite will offer you the break you are so desperately in need of.

Situated on the Heritage Coast in the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan, we have been welcoming camping guests for the past 15 years. Open from 1 April – 31 Oct, from our secluded site, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the undulating Glamorgan Hills and the sparkling Bristol Channel. It really is perfect for a relaxing stay, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We have 30 pitches for tents and campervans (sorry, but we cannot accommodate caravans), we have a limited number of electric pitches but offer 2 beautiful paddocks with a pitch made just for you and can promise a relaxed and peaceful environment for everyone.  We appreciate your help and understanding in helping us to maintain this tranquil setting, for this reason so we do not take bookings for stag/hen parties or group bookings of 8 or more adults. Please keep in mind we have a zero tolerance for anything disruptive to other campers such as late-night music or parties, we of course want you all to enjoy yourselves but just be mindful of time. Please respect all other campers and guests. We ask for any larger booking enquiries you pick up the phone and speak to us so we can try to accommodate you the best we can. We look forward to welcoming back old and new faces and hope each and every one of you enjoys your stay to the fullest.

Looking for an outdoorsy break but still have a touch of luxury we have the perfect thing for you our Scandinavian style lodges, both with Hot Tubs, are perfect for people who would prefer a little more secluded comfort (minimum age 16)… ideal for romantic couples, or just a tranquil break. Lastly, Heritage Coast is now licensed for Wedding Ceremonies and is a superb setting for Weddings and other events. For those seeking something different and unique for the special day, we can arrange full exclusive hire of the whole site (including two lodges) and the camp site pitches, where you can set up your own tents), allowing you and your guests to treat the whole pitch as their own. They will even have access to our licensed ‘Teddy’s Espresso Bar and Kitchen’ for the duration.

There’s also a local pub within walking distance. And, of course, visit Cwm Nash beach which is accessed through a beautiful wood with its own waterfall – a 15 minute stroll from the campsite.

A short drive from the campsite are the local towns of Llantwit Major, Cowbridge, and Bridgend. Cardiff and Swansea are both also within easy driving distance if you feel the pull of the larger cities during your stay.

We are surrounded by beautiful coastal landscape, with hills, waterfalls, woods, and valleys all within easy reach.
